Ask UsMould comes back when the prep is rushed. We treat affected areas with anti-fungal solution, allow proper drying time, then apply two coats of Raffles Anti-Mould Paint. With normal ventilation, it stays away – and our 5-year warranty covers it if it doesn't.
Peeling, blistering, flaking and mould reappearance on walls we painted. We provide a written warranty document at handover. If any issue appears, we return to fix it – no callout fee, no labour charge. Customer damage is not covered.
3-Room: 3–4 working days. 4-Room: 4–5 days. 5-Room and EA/EM: 5–7 days. Limewash projects need an extra day for layered application. Your start and handover dates are confirmed in writing.
Most clients stay home and we work room-by-room, sealing each area with protection sheeting. For full-home limewash, we recommend two nights elsewhere for the cleanest finish – but it isn't required.
Yes. Raffles Anti-Mould Paint is low-VOC and virtually odourless once dry. Many of our clients are families with infants or pets – rooms are typically usable the same evening.
